I specialise in such areas as compensation and bonus systems, working time organisation, change in organisation, restructuring or full/partial acquisition. In most cases I engage in consultations or negotiations with trade unions and transfer the outcomes to individual employment arrangements.

Labour Law in Individual Employment

I support businesses and individual managers in the hiring and terminating processes by providing advice and recommending the most effective hiring arrangements (management contract/employment contract) or non-competition agreements. Furthermore, I help terminate such contracts while minimising impact.
