Para. 5 Section 2 of a Non-competition Agreement (concluded between an employer and an employee):
“The non-competition clause shall survive the contract of employment and shall apply unless the employer waives such non-competition clause before the contract of employment is terminated. If the employer waives the clause the parties shall be relieved of any obligations arising out of the non-competition agreement after their employment contract is terminated”.
